Our Classes
Standing or modified sitting, low impact movement focusing on strengthening muscles while improving balance, flexibility, and posture
Incorporation of cardio for 1 minute with 1 minute strength training. Increases cardiovascular and oxygen consumption.
Participants will learn core stabilization, increase flexibility and range of motion, and build endurance with stretching at the end of the class.
